Due to the impact of the coronavirus and the mandates in place, your order will most likely be delayed. Please expect 4-7 weeks for standard shipping plus 3-5 days for processing. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. 


*Please allow 1-2 additional business days processing time for all personalized products

*Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods


If your order has not shipped after 3 wekks, you will receive an email notifying you.  Some reasons for delay could include the following:


  • We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
  • Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
  • Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
  • Shipping address outside of the continental United States
  • A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

General Information – 

  • Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 Weeks within the US and Canada; and 3 to 5 weeks for UK and Europe
  • Shipping times for international countries can vary and we are not responsible for customs charges 
  • We use standard postal services to deliver orders, however, we reserve the right to use other courier/delivery companies from time to time

Dispatch Time – We always aim to dispatch orders promptly, but as a general guideline the following time scales apply:

  • Orders take from 2 to 3 days for processing
  • When a public/bank holiday disrupts postage then orders will be posted on the next available working day
  • IMPORTANT: For non-stock ordered items such as personalised infinity styles, these items are handmade and can take 15 or more working days for receipt
  • At exceptionally busy times it may take us slightly longer than usual to process orders. We will aim to keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and delivery during these circumstances may take up to a maximum of 30 days
